Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

At MailPark (MailPark.app), we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

When you sign up using your Google account, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile picture (if available). We use this exclusively to identify you within the platform.

b) Seed Email Accounts

When you connect a spare Gmail account as a “seed” email, we store the email address and OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) that allow us to access that Gmail mailbox. All tokens are encrypted at rest in our database. We never see or store your Gmail password.

c) Emails We Process

We only interact with emails that contain a specific identifier sent by partner platforms. We do not read, scan, or store any of your personal emails. Our automated system looks only for warm‑up messages; everything else remains completely private.

d) Payment Information

To send you payouts, we ask for your payment method details (e.g., PayPal email, mobile money number). This data is stored securely and used solely to process your withdrawals.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

MailPark uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect your session (CSRF tokens). These cookies do not track you and are necessary for the platform to function. We also use Google Analytics, a third‑party service, to understand how visitors use our site.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies to collect information about:

  • Pages visited and time spent on site
  • Device type and browser
  • Approximate geographic location (country/city)
  • Source of the visit (e.g., search engine, referral link)

All data sent to Google Analytics is anonymized (IP masking enabled). You can learn more about how Google uses this data in Google’s Partner Sites policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data solely to provide and improve the MailPark service:

  • Enable warm‑up engagements: We process warm‑up emails (open, reply, move to inbox) on your behalf based on the permissions you grant.
  • Calculate and credit earnings: We track completed engagements and credit your wallet accordingly.
  • Process payouts: We use your payment details to send you your earnings.
  • Ensure platform integrity: We monitor for abuse (e.g., repeated deletion of warm‑up emails) to protect the quality of our network.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and improve the user experience.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data under these legal bases:

  • Consent: You explicitly consent when you connect a Gmail account and grant OAuth permissions.
  • Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to provide the MailPark service you requested (e.g., crediting earnings).
  • Legitimate interests: Analytics and fraud prevention are necessary for our legitimate business interests and do not override your rights.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

  • Partner platforms: When you are assigned as a seed for a warm‑up campaign, the partner receives only your seed email address — no other personal information. This is essential for them to send the warm‑up email to your inbox.
  • Payment processors: We send your payment details (e.g., PayPal email) to the relevant processor to fulfil your withdrawal.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently erase all your personal information, including connected Gmail tokens and payment details, within 30 days. However, financial transaction records may be retained as required by law.

7. How We Protect Your Data

All sensitive data (OAuth tokens, payment details) is encrypted at rest. Communication between our servers and Google is secured with TLS. We regularly review our security practices and limit access to personal data to essential personnel only.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Data portability (export your data).
  • Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., revoke Gmail access via Google’s settings).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. You can also delete your account directly from your dashboard settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

MailPark is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on secure servers located in United Kingdom. If you are accessing MailPark from outside that region, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in a country with different privacy laws. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
