Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MailPark. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MailPark.app website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

MailPark operates a two‑sided marketplace that connects individuals who wish to earn income by providing access to their email accounts ("Seed Users") with email warm‑up platforms and senders ("Partners"). Seed Users connect their spare email accounts and are compensated for each engagement (open, reply, folder movement) performed on legitimate warm‑up emails sent by Partners. MailPark itself does not send warm‑up emails; it provides the infrastructure to verify engagements and settle payments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. MailPark reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe was created by an ineligible person.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may register for a MailPark account using your Google account (OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. Seed Email Accounts

As a Seed User, you may connect one or more email accounts ("Seed Accounts") to the Service. By connecting a Seed Account, you grant MailPark the necessary permissions (via OAuth or similar mechanisms) to access that mailbox solely for the purpose of detecting and performing agreed warm‑up actions. You agree that:

  • You are the legitimate owner of every Seed Account you connect.
  • You will only connect accounts that you are authorised to use.
  • You will not connect the same email address more than once, nor attempt to circumvent uniqueness checks through aliases or other means.
  • You will not delete, move to spam, or otherwise tamper with warm‑up emails sent to your Seed Account. Repeated violations (as determined by our automated monitoring) will result in the disabling of that Seed Account and may lead to termination of your entire MailPark account.
  • You may pause or disconnect a Seed Account at any time. However, once an email address has been connected and later removed, it cannot be re‑added (this protects the network from abuse).

5. Engagement & Earnings

MailPark offers two engagement models for Seed Users:

  • Passive (Automated): The Service automatically opens, moves to inbox, marks as important, and/or replies to warm‑up emails on your behalf, based on the permissions you granted. You do not need to take any manual action.
  • Active (Human‑Verified): You manually open (and optionally reply to) warm‑up emails in your own email client. The Service will detect these actions and verify completion.

Earnings are calculated per verified engagement. The specific amount you earn depends on the engagement type and is displayed in your dashboard. MailPark does not guarantee any particular volume of engagements or minimum earnings. Earnings are credited instantly when an engagement is verified, and the balance is available for withdrawal subject to the terms below.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple MailPark accounts or use any automated means (bots, scripts) to register accounts or perform actions.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including attempting to reverse‑engineer, hack, or overload our systems.
  • Delete, move to spam, or otherwise manipulate warm‑up emails with the intent to artificially inflate earnings, defraud the system, or harm Partner campaigns.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the Service.
  • Resell, lease, or sublicense access to the Service or any data obtained from it.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data without permission.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of malicious communication.

Violation of any of these may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and possible legal action.

7. Payment & Withdrawal

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance once it meets the minimum threshold for your chosen payout method (e.g., PayPal, mobile money). Withdrawal thresholds vary by method and are displayed in your dashboard. Withdrawal requests are processed manually by our team. We aim to process requests within a reasonable time, but processing times are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. MailPark is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information. Any fees charged by the payment processor (e.g., currency conversion, transfer fees) are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, your account will be reviewed, and you will be notified.

Earnings are personal to you and are not transferable. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on income earned through the Service. MailPark will not withhold taxes unless required by law.

8. Referral Program

MailPark offers a referral program where you can earn commissions by inviting new users. You earn a percentage of the engagement earnings of users who sign up using your unique referral link, as set forth in your dashboard. You also may receive a one‑time bonus when a referred user reaches the milestone of connecting a certain number of active Seed Accounts. Referral rewards are paid as incentive credits (passive earnings).

Referral links are for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not:

  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising to promote your link.
  • Create fake accounts or refer yourself.
  • Use paid advertising that competes with MailPark's own marketing or violates third‑party platform rules.

We reserve the right to revoke referral commissions and suspend accounts if we detect fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its underlying code, design, graphics, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of MailPark or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

“MailPark” and related branding are trademarks of the Service. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination & Suspension

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, we will erase your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MailPark may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms, including engaging in prohibited conduct.
  • Your Seed Accounts are repeatedly flagged for abuse (e.g., deleting warm‑up emails).
  • You attempt to defraud or manipulate the Service or its partners.
  • We are required to do so by law or to protect the integrity of the Service.

If your account is terminated for cause, any unpaid balance may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause, you will be paid out any available balance subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MAILPARK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. ANY ENGAGEMENT VOLUME OR EARNINGS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND NOT GUARANTEED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILPARK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MAILPARK’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF EARNINGS YOU HAVE ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MailPark and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third‑party rights.

15. Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates with third‑party platforms, including Google (Gmail). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. MailPark is not responsible for the availability or actions of third‑party services.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body] and conducted in [City, Country]. You waive any right to participate in a class‑action lawsuit or class‑wide arbitration.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

18. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MailPark regarding the Service. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver.
